SALA sessions are created by the collaboration of the client's energy and vibration, and the therapist. Each session is original and different, reflecting the client's innermost needs.

SALA healing massage is filled with ancient asian belief of Chi enegy and will quide you to the source of this energy. All you have to do is relax and open to the new experience; enveloped in the gentles strokes and clear sounds created by the therapist. You will be fully healed and feel rejwenated, you will feel like you have returned to the body of a baby. Please enjoy this brand new experience that brings you back to your infant stage.

■Therapist Mitsuko Cannon
Among many of her gifts, one uniquely Mitsuko's is the "Body Talk", the ability to catch the vibration of the body and interpret the massage of the bodies energy or needs. She has studied her core therapy technique, at Esalen, a psychological educational Institute, and has mastered massage techniques such as nerve therapy, Thai massage, stone massage and spiritual massage. Not only does she present original healing massage by combining these various techniques, all of her therapy is complimented with Chi energy. She has received Chi energy training for the masters. Mitsuko feels that food play an important role in healing the body. She offers monthly classes of "Japanese traditional food and healthy eating.

■Therapist Tony Cannon
His healing technique emanates from his deep love of nature, specifically the ocean.　He has studied Esalen　massage and spiritual massage at Esalen, a psychological educational Insutitute and his healing massage is powerful, deep and loving. You will be embraced with his comforting strokes and fall into deep relaxation. Since Tony is a Ocean man who has worked for many years as a military and professional diver and sailboat operator and owner, he can make you feel as if you are floating and being healed in the ocean waves. Please surrender yourself in his soothing hands that bring you loving energy.

■The sessions center on the Esalen style of intuitive long flowing strokes incorporated with the sounds of Singing bells, the Didgeridoo, Indian drum, crystal clear sounds of the Suzu bell, mantras and inspirational words, which will revitalize your chakras.

■Stones collected in the natural settings may be used for the session. Nerve therapy or Thai massage, meditation and Yoga style massage may be be incorporated. Each session is uniquely designed for you at the time of the massage. Please immerse yourself in the original massage created just for you.

■Mitsuko's sessions will be followed by "body talk", a message from your body interpreted by Mitsuko as she communicates with your body while she massages. SALA's healing room overlooks the grand Pacific Ocean and beautiful Catalina Island, a safe peaceful environment. Please consult if you desire a home visit.

■Tony and Mitsuko will be offering "Healing adventures" on their wooden naturally built ocean sailboat, "LIAHO". Tony and Mitsuko soulmates, will combine their skills exploring and becoming one with nature along the coast of Rancho Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island.
